BLT Breakfast Salad

4 oz. 125g pancetta, chopped½ lettuce (leaves torn)1 cup 150g cherry tomatoes, halved¼ small onion (sliced)3 tbsp. mayonnaise2 tsp. lemon juice1 clove garlic (crushed)2 boiled eggs (quartered )salt and pepper
