After a 15 years struggle with fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility, Denise discovered a path to transforming her health that her 26 doctors couldn’t resolve with multiple major surgeries and drugs. She found that food is her medicine and her medicine is her food.
She founded HIPP about Health, with a mission is to educate, inspire and motivate you to make healthier lifestyle choices for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Denise advanced her education in holistic health field becoming a Cellular Medicine Consultant with the Dr Rath Health Alliance, a Nutritional Therapist with The Health Sciences Institute and then graduated as a Health Coach with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Before this journey, Denise qualified as a Prince 2 Practitioner, with 25 years of experience in business administration, information technology, human resources, and finance. She also trained as Life Coach and led Christian courses in Churches.
