Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Organic Porridge Oats Optional: soaked for 6 hours
  • 1.5 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 cup Coconut Milk any of your favourite plant base milks
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Clove powder
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch blackpepper
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Flax seed (cold milled)

Instructions

  • Add oats and dry ingredients to a saucepan on high heat for 3 minutes, while shaking or stirring
  • Reduce heat and add coconut oil and milk to a low boil for 10 minutes
  • Add other some honey to taste or raisins and serve

Notes

You can always prepare larger quantities and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 - 4 days, just warm in the microwave or better yet on the stove.
