Combination of kale, quinoa and cranberry salad, it's gluten-free, quick to prepare and very nutritious

For the dressing:1 clove garlic (crushed)1 lemon juiced2 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. honeyFor the salad:7 oz. 200g kale stems removed1 cup 185g quinoa, cooked¼ cup 20g almonds, chopped¼ cup 30g cranberries, dried2 tbsp. parmesan cheese (grated)
