I love these, a great alternative to wheat flour.

16 oz. 450g sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes6 eggs1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tbsp. coconut oil¼ cup 30g walnuts or pecans, chopped2 tbsp. maple syrup
