Ingredients

  • 6 medium eggs organic
  • kale
  • ¼ cup goat's milk
  • 200 g halloumi cheese
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 sweet pepper mixed
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 garlic clove
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Chopped up kale, sweet peppers, mushroom, cheese and garlic (you can also add some onions)
  • Beat eggs and add salt, turmeric, paprika and black pepper in a bowl
  • Heat coconut oil in frying pan and add the mushrooms and halloumi cheese with garlic and cook for about 10 minutes on medium high.
  • Add kale to frying pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
  • Spread eggs evenly in the frying pan and cover if possible for a very low heat
  • Cook until firm enough to turn over and then leave on fire for another 3 minutes
  • Slice in 4 pieces and serve
