1 cup oats (90g)1 ripe banana1/2 cup cottage cheese (115g)1/4 cup egg whites (1-2 eggs)4 tbsp coconut milk (from a carton)1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70%) (45g)
