Baked Peaches with Coconut

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Slice the peaches and remove the pit.
  • Coat with coconut oil and season with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  • Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
