Baked Peaches with Coconut
4 large peaches1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp cinnamon2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.Slice the peaches and remove the pit.Coat with coconut oil and season with cinnamon.Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coconut flakes.Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
