Baked Peaches with Coconut
- 4 large peaches
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice the peaches and remove the pit.
- Coat with coconut oil and season with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
